YOUR HASHIMOTO’S STRESS RESET

A 5-day course for women with Hashimoto's who are ready to stop fighting their body and finally understand what the nervous system has to do with it.

If you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and you're doing everything right: the gluten-free diet, the medication, the supplements, the sleep … and you still feel exhausted, inflamed, and like your body is working against you, this course was made for you.

Here's what most Hashimoto's resources don't address:

The way you respond to stress, the nervous system patterns you've been living in, often for decades, creates the internal biological environment your healing has to happen in. Chronic stress suppresses thyroid hormone conversion, drives immune dysregulation, and keeps your body locked in survival mode. No protocol can fully work in that environment.

Your Hashimoto's Stress Reset is a 5-day mini course that addresses this missing layer. Not instead of your medical care but alongside it.

WHAT SHIFTS OVER 5 DAYS:

Day 1 From Self-Blame to Safety: Learn why your Hashimoto's symptoms may actually be intelligent protective responses from your nervous system and not your body betraying you. Begin building the internal foundation of safety that makes healing possible.

Day 2 From Pushing to Listening: Understand how years of pushing through fatigue, overriding your body's signals, and staying in productivity mode keeps your nervous system in a chronic stress state. Learn the skill of listening to your body instead.

Day 3 From Survival to Consciousness Explore the most common nervous system stress patterns in women with Hashimoto's, the unconscious blueprints that keep your body stuck in survival mode, and begin to see your own pattern clearly.

Day 4 From Suppression to Expression: Understand why emotional suppression is a direct physiological stressor, and learn how turning toward your emotions, rather than managing or minimizing them, helps your nervous system regulate and release.

Day 5 From Fighting to Befriending: In this final lesson, you'll shift from trying to control your body to genuinely relating to it. This is where the internal war begins to quiet and where a different kind of healing becomes possible.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 5 short video lessons (10–12 minutes each): one per day, built around each of the five shifts

  • 5 guided audio practices (5–8 minutes each): mindfulness, somatic, and writing practices to put each day's theme into felt experience

  • A 23-page workbook PDF with daily reflection prompts to deepen and integrate each lesson

Total daily time commitment: approximately 20 minutes. Lifetime access to all materials.

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You're a woman with Hashimoto's who suspects stress plays a deeper role than you've been told

  • You push through fatigue because you don't know how else to operate

  • You tend to suppress your emotions to keep it together or keep the peace

  • You feel like your body is unpredictable, working against you, or impossible to trust

  • You've tried the protocols and still don't feel well, and sense there's a layer you haven't addressed

  • You're ready to understand your nervous system and work with your body instead of against it

THIS COURSE IS NOT:

  • A diet or supplement protocol

  • A replacement for medical care or thyroid medication

  • A quick fix or cure

It is a foundational shift in how you understand and relate to your body. For many women with Hashimoto's, it's the most clarifying thing they've ever done for their health.

WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING:

Meghan Stetson, psychotherapist and Hashimoto's specialist, founder of Thyroid Therapies

Meghan Stetson, LPCC, RYT, MA, MEd

Hi! My name is Meghan and I am a therapist who has reversed Hashimoto’s in my own life.

I have spent my entire life in service of human connection, human development, and healing. I’m a psychotherapist, teacher, and educator with almost two decades of experience in higher education, human services, and yoga education.

I began working in higher education immediately after I finished my own undergrad years, first as a college counselor for low-income, first-generation college-bound students and eventually as an Admissions & Financial Aid Officer at Harvard University. This career has also included advising high school students from all over the world.

Alongside this first career, I developed a deep commitment to the study and practice of yoga, a curiosity about the mindbody connection, and experienced the intense challenges of living with Hashimoto’s. All of these experiences inspired me to become a psychotherapist, to launch Thyroid Therapies, and now deeply inform the entirety of my work and offerings.

As a psychotherapist and counselor, I specialize in: chronic illness, chronic pain, women leaders, perfectionism, navigating the early & emerging adulthood years, disconnection from the body, anxiety, codependency, stress management, life transitions, psychedelic integration, spiritual exploration, and more. I currently practice in-person therapy in private practice in Denver, Colorado.

As a teacher and educator, I serve as Academic Director of Curriculum & Lead Instructor for MyMentor Global Academy. In this role I get to combine my higher education & counseling backgrounds to create and teach original curriculum focused on human skill development - Self-Awareness, Empathy, Resilience, and more - for high school students around the world.

Thyroid Therapies is the culmination of every personal and professional experience across my lifetime. I am extraordinarily grateful to be here.
